At SURCH, our meals are endorsed by an Australian Certified Dietitian and our proteins are cooked with the Sous Vide cooking method.
Sous Vide is French for “under vacuum” – our proteins are sealed in a vacuum pack, then cooked in a temperaturecontrolled water bath for hours. The gradual and controlled cooking process ensures flavorful, tender and juicy proteins every time!
Sous Vide is a healthy method of cooking as little or no additional salt or fat is needed while cooking. Vacuum sealing the food also ensures that vitamins and minerals are retained during the cooking process.
